Saphalya Music Academy - The name Saphalya means "Success". The Academy has truly been successful in culturally enriching the lives of many through music since its inception back in 2009. Smt. Divya Ramesh is the founder director of Saphalya Music Academy, Sunnyvale where she teaches Carnatic music to children with great devotion and commitment to the art form. The school enjoys the active support and blessings of her Gurus Karnataka Kalashree Tirumale Srinivas and Nada Vallabha Delhi P. Sunder Rajan to impart and spread the classical music art with Bay Area's vibrant Indian American community.
Students of Saphalya, have participated in music competitions and have won laurels to the school by winning in Sangeet Samrat, Kalaaradhana, OSAAT, Maitry and ILP. The school actively supports many community fundraisers. The school was invited to present rare Haridaasa compositions at Carnatic Idol Celebrations, organized by Cleveland Tyagaraja Festival, Maximum Media and iCarnatic which was broadcasted worldwide on Kalaignar TV and RagamalikaTV.com. The school also organizes Dasa Smriti, from past 9 years and Purandara Vaibhava to spread awareness about rich literature, Dasa Sahithya and pays homage to the father of Carnatic Music Sri Purandara Dasaru.
